Tomato soup with bulgur

Olive oil 10 ml
Garlic cloves 1 wedge
Bulgarian red pepper 20 g
Bulgarian yellow pepper 20 g
Zucchini 30 g
Carrots 15 g
Onions 10 g
Sesame oil 3 ml
Rice 100 g
Soy sauce 10 ml
Chicken egg 2 pcs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


1. Boil the rice until tender (about 15 minutes).
2. Fry the garlic and ginger in a skillet with heated olive oil. Then remove them from the oil.
3. Add red and yellow bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, onions to the prepared, heated oil and fry for 7 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add sesame oil and boiled rice. Stir and add soy sauce. Cook for a few more minutes.
5. Toast a thin omelette pancake with lightly beaten eggs, salted to taste. Put the cooked rice on it and wrap it in a roll.
